Asia Is different from Europe or Us where the best pastry chefs are attatched to pastry school or Academies. I want to Bring this relation of Apprentice and Trainer in the Academy setting.

It was not easy to make this team . Every Individual Chefs is great and a star in its own sence. Contacting them , putting their profile and getting them allign to Academy of pastry arts Malaysia.
Idea was to get these world Class chefs One By one Every Month to Academy  where they Can share their Knowledge with Students as well as professional chefs.
