Mumbai - Gets its first International Pastry school

This is our 5 Th Pastry & Culinary school in Asia and 3 rd in India

Not many knows that #Mumbai was always our first choice for the #Pastryschool in #India but, things didn't workout and we have to change the Plan towards New Delhi and Bangalore. It took us just 5 month from planning to execution and a great pastry & Culinary school is there

Chef Guillaume Lejeune, our very first Executive Pastry chef who opened Our Malaysian campus 8 years ago was assigned to start the new batch. Great Pastry #ChefChristopheMorel and MOF #ChefJeanFrancoisArnaud start the series of Mater classes. #ChefManjitGill was gracious enough to accept our Invitation as the chief guest

I always believe in sharing and Academy is based on this very only philosophy. Let the best Pastry chefs teach  a great program in an apprentice style

India have been a bronze medallist in Asia Pastry cup 2016 and Participated in World Pastry cup 2017 in France

Chef Eureka after winning the National selection of Female Pastry Queen

Chef Eureka represented India in SIGEP WORLD FEMALE PATRY CUP 2018 in Italy

Looking at the way India is coming up in world Pastry scenario , we have no doubt that in next couple of years, India will be doing well with a good positioning in Asia
